HWS Limited is a long established small family building company, specialising in individual bespoke developments, whether it be an individual building plot, barn for conversion or restoration of a listed building.

We have been carrying out this specialised type of work for over fifty years, with the fourth generation now working within the company.  All of our work, from conception to completion, is carried out by our in house team of highly skilled craftsmen. 

At HWS we carry out our own developments, along with select contract developments for individuals who require the quality and attention to detail that we offer. 

We are able to give advice on planning matters and to offer a full design and build service, all at fixed quote prices, whether it be a small cottage to a small estate, we will gladly offer our services, even just for advice.
